I would not like to be one of those judges, torn between political pressures and the demands of intellectual integrity.
Seems a no brainer, but all these delays!
Even the Cours de Cassation has delayed a decision on Clement Weill-Raynal‘s appeal (another no-brainer).

Paris: Many have accused the photo of young Mohammed Al Dura’s father shielding him from Israeli bullets of being a fake, but the original videotape from which this photo was drawn was hidden from view by France 2.
